The service

IGComments fetches the public comments of an Instagram post or Reel you link to and lets you export, search and analyze them. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

Acceptable use

Use exports for legitimate purposes — your own posts, research, giveaway records, customer feedback and similar. Don’t use them to spam, harass or contact people in bulk, to build profiles of individuals, or to resell data. Respect people’s requests to be removed. You are responsible for complying with Instagram’s terms and the laws that apply to you.

Payments and refunds

Export Passes are one-time payments for one post and do not renew. If an export fails or is clearly incomplete because of us, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

No guarantees

Instagram controls what it makes publicly available; counts can differ from what the app displays, and availability can change at any time. The service is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the export in question.
