Is there a subscription?
No. Every pass is a one-time payment for one post. Nothing renews and there is no account to cancel.
What do I get for free?
Every post with up to 200 comments: the full export in CSV, Excel and JSON, search, filters and stats. On bigger posts you still get the first 200 comments free as a preview.
Which pass do I need?
The one that covers your post’s comment count — we work it out and show the price on the results page before you pay.
Can I re-download later?
Yes. Your export stays at the same link for 30 days; download it as many times and in as many formats as you like.
What if the post keeps getting comments?
An export is a snapshot of the comments when we fetched them. If you need a fresh copy later, start a new export.
Refunds?
If an export fails or comes back clearly incomplete because of us, contact us and we’ll make it right or refund you.
